Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government’s Pledge for leaseholders

On 28^th March 2019, Simarc Property Management Limited’s parent company, Wallace Partnership Group Limited, signed its name to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government’s Pledge on behalf of ourselves and all the freehold investment companies whose interests we manage. The Pledge addresses current issues in the residential leasehold sector.
