Application for consent to alterations
If you want to make alterations to your property consent from from the freeholder may be required under the terms of your lease.
Notice of underletting
If you are planning to sublet your property you may be required to serve a notice of underletting on the freeholder. If you do not you may be in breach of the terms of your lease.
